Getting Started with Mindfulness Meditation

It is best to have a meditation teacher. If that is not possible, there is the website Headspace: Headspace. They offer guided meditations so you can relax and follow along.

For more information, here is a book about mindfulness that looks good: Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World.
